Blind Assessment
Bold, chocolaty, rich-toned. Dark chocolate, nougat, gardenia, date, gently scorched cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet-savory structure with gentle, round acidity; creamy-smooth mouthfeel. Sweetly wood-framed, chocolaty finish.
