Blind Assessment
Fruit-forward, sweetly fermenty. Guava, cocoa nib, narcissus, grappa barrel, agave syrup in aroma and cup. Juicy-bright acidity; full, very syrupy mouthfeel. Finish is cocoa-laden and fruity-tart.
