Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Delicately sweet, straightforward. Red apple, caramel, cocoa powder, lemon verbena, fir in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; velvety mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned finish with notes of red apple and lemon verbena.

Produced by Taichung Xinshe Coffee Cooperative and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying), with the addition of yeasts to the fermentation step. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
