Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Richly sweet-savory. Red currant, baking chocolate, freesia, sugar cane, oak in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; crisp, lightly satiny mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of baking chocolate and freesia.

Produced by Meishan Coffee Cooperative at JinYunSin Tea & Coffee Farm, entirely of the SL34 variety of Arabica, and processed by the honey method, in which some of the fruit flesh is left on the beans during the drying process. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
