Evaluated as espresso. Deeply sweet, pungent. Maraschino cherry, dark chocolate, narcissus, aromatic cedar, cashew in aroma and small cup. Satiny mouthfeel; cherry, chocolate and cashew all carry into a cleanly rich finish. The cherry notes turn gently tart and the chocolate crisp in three parts milk.

A richly dessert-like straight shot, animated by suggestions of maraschino cherry and chocolate. Turns pleasingly crisp and lively in cappuccino-scaled milk.
