Blind Assessment
Richly and deeply pungent. Honey, blood orange, blackberry, roasted cacao nib, lilac-like flowers, a hint of pungent wood (eucalyptus?) in aroma and cup. Big but gently expressed acidity; plush, buoyant mouthfeel. Flavor carries deep into a long, resonant finish.
